What you Need: Foil, Fork, Crockpot, Chuck Roast, Worcestershire Sauce (or your favorite marinade), Daddy Hinkle's Seasoning (or your favorite Rub/seasoning).
What to do:
1. Lay 3 pieces of foil layered on the counter. Make sure they are big enough to completely cover your Chuck Roast.
2. Place Chuck Roast in center of foil and poke each side about 5 times.
3. Spread Worcestershire Sauce and Dry Seasoning on both sides and the edges.
4. Tightly Wrap all 3 (1 at a time) pieces of foil around the Chuck Roast.
5. Place wrapped Chuck Roast in the refrigerator overnight.
6. Place wrapped Chuck Roast in Crockpot for 8 hours on low. This time is for a 4ish pound Chuck Roast, you may lower the time for smaller Chuck Roast.
7. Remove from Crockpot and shred or slice to your preference.
8. Enjoy!
